Check–in at the Usadba Familia starts at 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement.

• Unlimited access to the outdoor heated pool and sauna in the pool area, including check-out day;
• Children's playroom with a teacher for children from 3 years old. It is open from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00;
• Outdoor playgrounds and pheasant garden;
• Children's and family film screenings on weekends and holidays;
• Open-air musical evenings from May to October;
• Free group tour of the equestrian club and horse training. It takes place daily from 11:00 to 12:00;
• Free unlimited access to the thermal water area of the SPA complex for guests of the SPA hotel and VIP-territory;
• Free access to a small soccer field. The ball for the game is provided free of charge;
• Wi-Fi throughout the club;
• Free parking. The number of cars per room is unlimited;
• Assistance with transfer on the territory during check-in and check-out;
• Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels on request.

When booking at the "Best Price of the Day with Breakfast" rate, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 11:00 at the Usadba Familia restaurant. Depending on the load, guests are served buffet style or in portions.

Pets are allowed in all categories except the Hotel, SPA Hotel and Life Arena. The surcharge is 2,000 rubles for the entire period of stay. Upon check-in, you must make a refundable deposit of 5,000 rubles, which is refunded upon check-out.

There is a secured parking for guests on the territory of the club.
