• Accommodation certificates can be used towards a room, fishing, the summer swimming pool, and bicycle, scooter or boat hire.
• Spa certificates can be used for spa programmes, pools and the thermal area, the salt room and bathhouse services.
• Equestrian club certificates cover riding, horse and pony rides, and horse hire for photo sessions.

Choose the value of your certificate. It is not restricted to one named user, so several people may use the available balance. A certificate can cover one service or several, and is valid for one year.

Tell us the recipient’s full name and the gift amount, then pay using the form below. You or the recipient can collect the certificate from the relevant reception desk at a convenient time.

Refund information

Refunds of an advance or full booking payment require a written request from the customer. If the booking is cancelled more than three calendar days before check-in, the full amount is refunded. If it is cancelled less than three calendar days before check-in, the cost of the first booked night is deducted.

Guests already staying at the hotel must also submit a written refund request. Force-majeure cases are considered individually. Refunds for paid services are made within ten working days of receiving the relevant written request.
