Solid wooden furniture, pottery and natural materials create the atmosphere of a traditional Russian house. The interior is complemented by a view of the Kochety River.

Spacious steam room for up to 10 people

The temperature in the steam room starts from 60 °C and is adjusted according to the wishes of the guests. You can choose a gentle warm-up or a more intense heat for experienced bath lovers.

Hammam with soft wet steam

The temperature in the hammam is lower and the humidity is higher than in the Russian steam room. This mode is suitable for gradual warming up and relaxing between sets.

Font with artesian water

After the steam room or hammam, you can plunge into the cool font. The temperature contrast helps to refresh yourself and feel a surge of energy.

Company lounge

The hall can accommodate up to 10 people. Here you can drink tea, order dishes from the Usadba Familia restaurant and relax after the steam room.

Veranda overlooking the river

Comfortable sun beds are installed on the spacious veranda. Here you can relax in the fresh air and admire the Kocheta River.

When booking a Russian bath for two hours, the third hour is provided as a gift.
