CORPORATE EVENTS, BUSINESS MEETINGS AND TEAM BUILDING

A small business meeting, corporate event, strategic session or a multi-day forum can be held at the Manor Surname Country Club. There are conference halls, outdoor areas, a restaurant, rooms and cottages on the same territory, so the business program, recreation and accommodation of participants can be combined in one place.

The club's team will help you choose a venue, create a program, arrange meals and accommodate guests. The format of the event is selected taking into account the number of participants, the company's objectives and the planned budget.

CORPORATE EVENT FORMATS

• Annual corporate parties, New Year's Eve parties and company birthdays. You can organize a banquet, performances by artists, a presenter and an entertainment program.
• Business meetings and negotiations. Halls with video projectors, screens, radio microphones, flipcharts and Wi-Fi are available for work.
• Team building. The program can include football, padel, sports competitions, team games, visits to the Equestrian Club and other activities on the territory.
• Strategic sessions, conferences and forums. A conference room is suitable for small groups, while banquet halls and several venues can be used simultaneously for large programs.
• Multi-day corporate programs. Participants can be accommodated in hotel rooms and cottages, arrange meals and continue the program the next day.

WHY THE COUNTRY FORMAT WORKS

Outside the office, it is easier for employees to switch from everyday tasks, communicate in an informal setting, and engage in collaborative activities. The business part can be complemented with relaxation in the SPA complex, swimming pool or sauna, fishing, horse riding and a sports program.

After the evening event, participants will not have to return to the city. They will be able to stay on the club grounds, relax and meet for breakfast the next day.

FESTIVALS, EXHIBITIONS AND FORUMS

Outdoor areas on the banks of the Kochety River, banquet halls and the Life Arena are suitable for public and industry events. A festival, an exhibition, a fair, a forum, a concert or a sporting event can be organized on site.

Access roads, guest parking, electricity and water supply in the main areas are provided for large projects. The Life Arena is designed for more than 4,000 people, including the dance floor. The space can be adapted to the stage, exhibition stands, decorations and partner areas.

• Music and entertainment festivals at outdoor venues.

FORUMS AND CONFERENCES

A conference hall for up to 40 people and banquet halls for up to 150 and 300 participants are available for the business program. Several rooms allow for simultaneous holding of the plenary part, separate sections, negotiations and meetings of speakers.

Projectors, screens, microphones, mixing consoles and flipcharts are provided for presentations. Coffee breaks, business lunches, a buffet or a final banquet can be organized during the day.

Nonresident speakers and participants can be accommodated on the club grounds to reduce travel time and maintain a consistent program rhythm.
