Thermal zone
Hammam
Temperatures of 40-50 °C and humidity up to 90% create a soft moist steam. It gradually warms up the body, helps to relax the muscles and relieve accumulated tension. After the session, the skin becomes softer, and a feeling of lightness appears in the body.
Sauna
Temperature of 70-100 °C and humidity of 10-20% ensure intensive warming by dry heat. Sauna helps to relax after an active day, relieve muscle tension and restore strength.
Choose a comfortable temperature, take breaks between visits, and don't forget to drink water.
Relaxation room by the pool
After the hammam or sauna, relax in a comfortable chair by the pool. Here you can drink tea, coffee or fresh water and let your body calmly recover from thermal treatments.
Alternate between hammam, sauna, swimming pool and relaxation at your own pace.
